well I am sure in a view month flash will not be needed anymore.
but for now there are too many websites which need flash.
i need it to get tv streams ....
some sides have a second page without flash but not all.

so for now i need it.

But no idea why you people have so many problems with it.

for me opera and adobe flash works good.

i nearly never have problems. in 10 movies perhaps 1 or 2 times.

Well I guess because of that I should just stop ever visiting any of the hundreds of sites I need to visit each week that unfortunately have not gotten the memo on flash being dead.

I know all to well the flash issue and why its going dead, I am glad to see it go actually, but unfortunately for people like me who need to visit sites still using flash the problem is real.

Its a shame too because if Google had played better with Adobe I bet they could have released a working version of flash for ICS very easily, they worked out all the bugs for HC in no time.

Wish we could make the browser some how work in a HC environment so we could use the old working plugin.

Yes but as I said Opera works but is slow and way more buggy then Dolphin is.

Can anyone tell me a USB stick that is successfully used with this ROM that is compatible with HSPA+ or LTE on either AT&T/Bell/Rogers?

Funny you should mention this, I just ordered an unlocked Huawei e270 which should do the job nicely on Rogers. Which network do you intend to use it on primarily? Make sure the bands for umts are right before ordering one.

I switch between Bell and Rogers. I'd like to use LTE and hence I obtained a Telus Huawei E397 and unlocked it but the drivers included with the ROM does not support it.

Without LTE, you need 850/1900/2100 UMTS bands.

For those with flash problems: might be related to your individual configuration. I am using v170 in combination with ICS v8 bootloader. Flash is working without issues on Opera Mobile. Works also on Dolphin HD, with the restriction that full screen flash leads to a browser crash, but full screen zoom after double tap works perfectly. This behavior is with all ICS ROMs I've tested so far.

@thor2002ro: v170 is really great, but when will the next release be ready? I have needles and pins in my fingers to flash something new on my tab.

I noticed a strange issue in the version 170 ... in the status bar sometimes the clock freezes ... If I rotate the tablet the current time returns correct, but only when I rotate it, otherwise it stays fixed ... this just in the status bar, the clock widget works fine ... someone else has noticed?

I have this problem too! For me it is definitely bootloader related. Like heldervibe I had to return to the HC bootloader.

What bootloader are you on?
Same question for gtablet.

I'm on Skrilax_cz's ics bootloader v8, and having no issues on my a501. My sd card is mounted automatically after boot.

Yes, but externally rare. Didn't know that rotating helps I all ways rebooted.
